Secure Storage
Tamper-proof and secure data format
All captured data is immediately packed into immutable format using Information Rights Management (IRM) technology. Our data features multiple levels of encryption and watermarking to prevent unauthorized information disclosure, subsequent changing, tampering or creation of fake data. This is very useful in case of the investigations or legal disputes.
Centralized Database
Usage Data Files can be loaded into centralized database to provide data for centralized journal, dashboards and reports. Database design and implementation follow best practices for storing private and confidential information.
Secure Archiving
Hebbian View usage data files are already encrypted with industrial strength IRM and cannot be occasionally disclosed, i.e. the whole Hebbian View set of products is architected for the secure archiving and ease of the off-site transfers.

With a help of a single screen manager can see how much efforts her or his group is spending on work related, non work related and prohibited activities. Hebbian View Workstation Dashboard also provides minute by minute view, so manager knows exactly what’s happening and can zoom further using journal.
Journal
All user activities for working with documents, e-mails, web and LOB applications are recorded into the journal. Hebbian view records total attention (efforts) that user paid to the given document, web site or application, as well as amount of input efforts and total on-screen time. Manager can see journals for all people that are blow her or him in the organizational structure.
Web classification
Hebbian View comes with web site directory that features more than 3 million sites organized into easy to work with directory structure. This data is constantly updated and pushed to your Hebbian View Server. Manger or HR person can quickly setup which parts of the directory considered to be work related, non work related or prohibited for the particular group or the whole organization. For example: all gambling, social networking and adult sites may be marked as “prohibited”.
In addition we also check against multiple online services if visited URL is listed as malware or security threat at the time of the visit. This can help to detect activities that put your IT infrastructure at risk.
Application Classification
Similar to Web classication, Hebbian View supports applications directory that allows to break down all applications into work, non-work and prohibited categories, so you can quickly zoom on the usage of inappropriate applications such as games, online gambling, illegal software, etc.
