Secure Storage
Tamper-proof and Secure Data Format
All captured data is immediately packed into an immutable format using Information
Rights Management (IRM) technology. Our data features multiple levels of encryption
and watermarking to prevent unauthorized information disclosure, subsequent changing,
tampering or creation of fake data.
Centralized Database
Usage Data Files, collected on the desktop, are loaded into a centralized database
to provide data for reporting. Database design and implementation follow best practices
for storing private and confidential information.
Secure Archiving
Usage data files are already encrypted with industrial strength IRM and cannot be
occasionally disclosed, i.e. the whole Hebbian View set of products is architected
for secure archiving and ease of off-site transfers.
Application Issue Analysis & Reporting
The Hebbian View GUI gives you a clear view of which applications are causing problems.
There are various filtering options so you can view the data the way you need to
e.g. by user or group, including time period filtering.
Built-in Reports
Hebbian View Enterprise Monitor comes with a number of pre-packaged reports that
can slice and dice application usage data for a group or individual, and for any
time period.
Application Classification
Hebbian View Enterprise Monitor maintains an Applications directory which breaks
down all applications into work, non-work and prohibited categories, so you can
quickly categorize application usage. You can add categories for your own internal
applications.
System Requirements - Hebbian View Recording Client
Hebbian View Recording Client should be installed on all computers and virtual machines
on your network that are to be monitored. It is designed to have minimal impact
on the operation of the monitored computer and has minimal operational requirements.
Recommended System Configuration
- Windows 2000 (SP4 or later), Windows XP (SP2 or later), Vista or 7
- 10 MB of disk space
- Microsoft .NET Framwork 2.0 or later1
- 280 MB (x86), 610 MB (x64) for .NET 2.01.

System Requirements - Hebbian View Workstation
Hebbian View Workstation provides a rich User Interface for the user experience
visualization, dashboards, reporting and administration. The Workstation should
be installed on operations personel computers.

- Windows XP (SP2 or later), Vista or 7
- Microsoft .NET Framwork 3.5 or later
- 20 MB of disk space
- Up to 500 MB for .NET 3.51
- RAM: 96 MB (Minimum); 256 MB (Recommended)

Hebbian View Server collects data from clients, maintains secure data archive and
provides a central database for tthe tracking of user experience.

- 2.0 GHz Pentium 4 processor (2.4 GHz recommended)
- 512 MB RAM (1 GB recommended)
- 1 GB of available disk space (additional space required for data files)
